The Company has been advised that the Exchange is concerned that the LOI entered into between the Company and AAA Heidelberg Inc. may constitute a Change of Business, as such term is defined by the Exchange. The Company anticipates that trading may remain halted until filings prescribed by the Change of Business policy are accepted by the Exchange, or such other time as dictated by the Exchange.
