I'm long on TPRO & greatful; however I have a question that I havn't seen addressed. Suppose Tava (Topro) does all the work of finding the problem embedded chips for a company. What is Tava's exposure to litigation if/when somthing goes wrong, Y2k wise, that is traced to a failure to find one or more problem chips?

Larry, been there, done that: I addressed this issue with Jenkins. He said that all TPRO contracts are addressing appropriate disclaimers for their work. All of these 'what if' questions are routinely addressed in indemnity clauses of the contracts.
