El Nino is a symptom of climate change (or global warming - one and the same thing). Global warming impacts the INTENSITY of El Nino's.

Fishery collapse is due to over fishing, indeed, but climate change impacts the robustness of the fishery. Mind you some populations are able to migrate north or south to more agreeable temperature zones.
