this thread is becoming quite amusing. government doles, dog tracks, utopian investors ... . i'm guessing that PA is price to assets and MV is market value but it could also refer to Martian Vision in Pennsylvania. i would also like to be enlightened.

for my part, i bought at $13 with a belief that the downside is limited.
