Why borrow money when you have the cash? I can afford several more shots at LEAPS without going on margin. I'm hoping to dump them after gains of several points in the stock. The return on investment would be higher than if I buy the stock outright. Besides, I already have plenty of AMAT shares in all of my accounts, and prefer that new (trading) shares not get mixed in with the long-term shares.
