I've been in the business world for over 25 Years with Multi-Billion $ companies and I've never experienced insurance for frivolous lawsuits. There is Product Liability and Casualty insurance; but, the company is still required to pay all legal fees and required deductibles. Furthermore, if fraud is involved especially by the officers, insurance becomes void. Unless of course, they have a Lloyds of London policy that covers everything and that will explain the $1million cash drain every month.
