Yes, I have heard of Officer and Director Insurance and all major corporations have it. But, that only covers the legal fees and damages that are associated with defending suits against the Officer. The lawyers will file suit against all parties involved including but not limited to the Officers and Corporation. The Corporation will have an umbrella policy but it will have some type of deductible and may or may not cover defense against "frivolous" lawsuits. You can get insurance for anything; but, anything as a price. As stated, I was long this stock and sold out when I saw they changed the web page. Friends of mine lost me boat loads are are still long. The big question that still needs to be answered is why did the company change the web page if they didn't know they were denied.
