Hi Richard. You have done a remarkebly fine job outlining the other side of the coin. You are absolutely right - the potential numbers for a payoff are enormous - which is why we are all here. But. I can't see PEP or KO buying this company at this point. If the litigation is settled in TFRY's favor, then we will have something going for us. Since the litigation is basically saying that TFRY does not have a proprietary product, any potential suitor could get burned badly. However, a major company could also just pay off the litigators and send them away happy, I presume. Although my posts seem negative, basically, they are not. Sure there are lots of problems which need to be outlined for the shareholders but your way of thinking could also be the final outcome. I share that belief which is why I am here with you holding my bag of stock. All the best. Al
