All the companies are insured, just like physicians. Maybe that's why they can't make earnings, the cost of doing business (esp. in California) is just too damn high. Pass Pass, Everytime there is one of these suits it costs money to the shareholders. The lawyers are all that benefit. If the shareholder would refuse to participate, this constant action would abait. The fault lies with the laywers and every investor that decides to be a part of the group. I am not in the best of moods due to my losses. However, the last thing I would like to see is lawyers getting wealthy due to my losses. Glenn
