Well management are quite old. Don't get me wrong, because I too am old, but I know that to RUN in a new high energy industry you need to be young and aggressive.
At my age (65) I could not do this. Who is going to do the travelling, selling the stock, setting up the markets etc.
OOPS wait, we have first to get management able to get the metal out of the ore. Yes ,they have the process, but still can't deliver the check.

Who or what is being mined? My gold lined pockets??????????
