I am happy to spend 30 billion or 50 billion if that truly corrects the problems. I know there are organizational problems in every organization because I performed organization audits for a while about 20 yrs ago. Check with any consultant doing this sort of work and you will hear the same thing. So, when we have done our due diligence of auditing the climate, culture, processes and procedures, and conditions in the VA so that we can actually talk about which problems more money would correct, then I am willing to talk about approving or disapproving of more money. The guys I have heard from who actually went and got services, said the services are great, which isn't to say the organization is functioning well.
