We need to fund the medical needs of those kids who got hurt in Bush's wars. We can do all the things you suggest, but right now they need money as there is a back log of vets in need out there. We may need to just give them money to go find a doc. But we need to treat them. One thing would be to raise the pay of vet docs. They are short over a 100 docs because pay is too low. so raise it! That takes money and is quantifiable. The dems will all vote for the raise. It will be the pubs that won't So don't give me a pox on both houses crap. .
