Node, maybe what you say is true, but Willard never tried to explain that to anybody.

Instead, he stood his ground in his stubborn refusal to provide the voter what he wanted. In turn, the voter just said no to Willard and his handler/wife Ann.

What was Willard hiding? We'll never know....he's about as popular as Shrub these days.
