You are probably right. Heidi's name appears in several Federal Court actions,but I believe she is a stand in for Tom Clines.Wonder how Clines will explain this relationship to the Trustee if he ever appears in Miami. I did learn he has asked the Bankruptcy Court to provide for his cost of transportation and living expenses should he respond to the Trustee's demand for his appearance. This is a legitimate request.As the supposed President of the now defunct SEXI he is entitled to be covered by the estate for his incurred costs.
