Anne, you are just feeding an idiot that likes whips and chains. This may be the first time in his life that he can get attention without getting knocked on his ass. I would guess that he may be in his teens. IMO the best way to handle him since we can't fulfill his deepest wishes is to completely ignore him, thread ostracizing.
