Updated Strategy? There's nothing in the revised strategy that wasn't available to the company before the SR. So what exactly will make WiLAN successful over the next 5 years, beyond renewed/repeated financial promises? I haven't seen any significant personnel changes (failure-related removals, high profile leadership adds) that might lead one to believe they are better equipped now than they were 3, 5 or 8 years ago. Yet another leap of faith being begged? I think a rational person would conclude that the company ought to be liquidated and assets returned to shareholders - they could start by paying an immediate $1 dividend. I strongly recommend a WITHHOLD on all AGM proxy/circular vote items....
