"I NEVER OWNED THE STOCK. I DID WORK FOR THEM BEFORE IT BECAME A PUBLIC COMPANY AS THE DIRECTOR OF QUALITY CONTROL.
IN THEIR INFINITE WISDOM, THEY LAID ME OFF (I WAS THE ENTIRE Q.C. DEPARTMENT). I GUESS THEY DIDN'T CARE MUCH ABOUT THE
QUALITY OF THEIR
PRODUCT. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT SCAMS LARGE INVESTORS TO FINANCE THEIR EQUIPMENT AND OPERATIONS, AND THEY USE PART
OF THE MONEY TO LEASE NEW CARS EVERY MONTH AND EAT EXPENSIVE LUNCHES. THEIR MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS IS A JOKE.
MANAGEMENT IS NON-EXISTENT AND THE REJECT RATE IS EXCESSIVE. EVERYTHING IS HYPE AND BROKEN PROMISES. THE UPPER
MANAGEMENT ARE RICH MEN WHO ARE READY TO RETIRE, THE R&D OF THE PRODUCT NEVER ENDS, EVEN WHEN YOU THINK THEY
HAVE REACHED THEIR GOAL, THEY CONTINUE TO WASTE TIME IN
RESEARCH AND TESTING. I HAVE NO AXE TO GRIND. THE STOCK PRICE IS MERELY A REFLECTION OF THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH. ONCE

Is this just the rantings of a fired employee or is there something systemically wrong with CTEK?

With the price sitting at $2, this is either a buying opportunity or the nails on the coffin are beginning to be hammered into place.
