I got the drift from the CC that Crane was desperate for money.
He tried TO HARD to act nonchalant about the whole financing
thing.
Someone on this board mentioned that the "road show"
expenses have not been figured into the cash burn equation, so
in fact they may already be out of money. If this is truly the case,
then the situation is worse than we think and I suspect it is.

I have a gut feeling that Crane couldn't even get off-shore financing,
thats why he made that remark, like a little kid saying "I didn't want any ice cream anyway". With the present anti-tech climate,Panda's
past nonperformance, lack of any real product and very limited
assets. I'd say thier situation is nearly hopeless.
