One of the reasons we can work orders and put so much effort into each client is our size. We don't have a gazillion accounts, each known soley by a number. We develop strong relationships. Our average investors, while we have accounts ranging from 5k to 15mil, as well as the Bank of NY and Trust Co. of NJ, is slightly larger than the norm. We are not an online, high volume shop, but a full-service, discount commission house that has had great success for over 20 years.
There are probably no more than 60 clients that I think I might have that would be hanging around the internet, let alone on SI. These are 60 or so that I think have benefitted from the relationship, so if they have something to add, I am pretty confident it willbe positive. nonetheless, I can't see very much going on.
