HCT - I'll either ride it out and take the cash, or just sell if it gets close to the cash price.

Thought VTR the bargain yesterday @ 64.46. Bought 100, where as I would get 75.96 in the deal on 450 shares.

Lower yield than EPB, but hopefully better div growth, where everything I see on EPB says nada.

"As per the deal terms, shareholders of ARC Healthcare can either opt to receive 0.1688 Ventas shares, based upon a negotiated
Ventas stock price of $67.13 or $11.33 in cash for each ARC Healthcare common share they have."

Even adding LTS- A yesterday, I gave up $160 in income, but I have 5k+ coming in sooner or later on the deal.
