Bush knows how many kids he killed and injured for greed and oil. He knows how he almost destroyed the world economy. And he knows he used 9/11 as cover to start two wars for oil. That is why he did not go to the 9/11 commemorative recently. He was ashamed, as he should be. Bush stayed home and hid out for all the terrible things he did. He could have done so much with the 5 trillion he pissed away. He could have given everyone a free education, universal health care and stimulated green energy. Instead he dragged the US through the mud and destroyed us for no good reason at all.
