I wouldn't call it dead yet, but if GE doesn't pull off what they say they're going to in this last press release then post-mortems may be in order. They're attempting to exploit the lowest cost ore. It won't get much better than this for the company. They are hurting for money and need some cashflow soon. Also, we shareholders don't need the share dilution when they have to pay salaries with stock options.
