You don't have to be Monsanto to genetically engineer plants .... people in the Netherlands and Colombia have done it. From there seeds of genetic modified cannabis have and will spread. There are so many weed growers in your area, hard to believe no one would have imported modified seed. You think they'd tell the customers? Why would they?
