Tonto: The SEC tends to take forever to close down crooked companies. About four years ago I took the lead in exposing a stock fraud. There were some similarities to RMIL, in that there was a Riley G type who was orchestrating a large team of ignorant cheerleaders for a company whose claims were completely absurd to anyone who knew anything about business. That the company's numbers were bogus was indisputable--they were self contradictory--if you accepted that the income statement was honest, then that meant that the balance sheet had to be false, etc. Nevertheless it took the SEC almost two years after I first spread the case out for them before they brought charges and forced the company to tell the truth.

It has about four months since I introduced the SEC to the pleasures of DH Marketing and Consulting (DHMG) which is about as phony as they come. My case is airtight. There is absolutely no chance that its numbers are honest. I believe the SEC knows that as well as I do. Yet it still trades. If I were running the SEC I would close these suckers down in a second and not let them reopen until they can come up with numbers that, at the very least, are added correctly.

Here's my discussion of DHMG's most recent10-Q: Message 2910518
