I'm current heavy in MPW. Have some LTC I've held what seems forever, a monthly payer.

Noticed VTR because I am still looking for stocks for my buddy who recently moved his 401k to his IRA.
Bought him both MPW and LTC with the original company stock money when he first started his IRA.

Bought him 100 share lots of four different preferreds for some income as everything else is on reinvest.
So far bought him KMI and TGT, both green at the moment, with VTR looking even worse because it went ex div last night.

Still $52k in cash, but I'm not seeing many bargains. Since this was an add to an existing account,
he got $1000 cash, but no free trades, which are usually limited to 60 days. I like the cash better, since there
is no way I will come close to spending it getting him invested.
