newsalert.com Read the article, I think the concern about CSCO high level of inventories has substance. High inventory always leads to bad revenue/earning later. Look at 3Com, USRX stuffed the channel and 3Com has to reduce the inventory one year later and causes the revenue/earning/stock price drop, even though 3Com real sell through this quarter will be 1.6B, but the reported revenue will only be 1.2 to 1.3B due to the inventory clean up.
