I can see the point of charging some users more than others.
As time goes on, plans include more and more bandwidth.

So the haves watch streams and the have-nots pictures?
Okay, that's a whole discussion, not appropriate for this board so I'll leave it rhetorical.

Use more data and get charged more?
Sure I can see that but not the usurious charges that most telecoms charge - I like the TMobile way of doing it where if you go over, it just slows down - Oliver, you've had your share for the month - but you can have more, you're not being cut off or charged tons of $, just slower response.
