Really? Did you see the report?

If they already did a thorough investigation, why did Gen. Martin Dempsey, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and John McHugh, the Secretary of the Army, say they are going to do a comprehensive review to determine the circumstances of his disappearance after he returns?
