<<I've answered your silly question in numerous ways. It is a multifaceted question which deserves a scholarly answer, which I am not prepared to provide.>.

It is not a multi faceted answer. It is a simple answer. The African Americans see conservatives as their enemy.

That is the answer and it is as simple as hell. And it is because the African American has had to withstand their hatred for a long time.

The conservative legislators, almost to a person, opposed the civil rights act of 1964. How could any black person vote for people who wanted to keep them in bondage for Christ's sake.

They didn't just vote against the civil rights act, they used dogs and water hoses on little children. It took thousands of military just to integrate the schools. And you think it is multifaceted?

Nothing multifaceted about a german shepard tearing at a little black girl or lynchings or beatings.

And the Republican party is the party of the conservatives.

And even today, right now, many red states are invoking stupid voter registration laws specifically to lower the black vote. Look at the long lines they had to face in the last election.

Do you think all of that goes unnoticed?
