MWE will likely remain under heavy pps pressure until mid 2016 and then ONLY IF Frank Simple begins tapering off the extreme growth expense and finally returns to the promised "top quartile" distribution growth.

Until then the combination of investor dead money perception and heavy continuous use of the ATM to fund said growth will likely hold price in the $61 to $65 range .... if you feel the need to purchase prior to late 2015 then recommend entering below $62.

Was an MWE holder for 5 years, with first purchase 4/24/2009 for $14.42, closed position earlier this year on 2/11/14 for $70.11 when became obvious could use funds better elsewhere and still repurchase MWE much later at good entry ... all IMHO of course.
