Due to investor interest in Northern Vertex Mining (NEE-V) June 5, '14 previously announced non-brokered private placement (see news release dated May 26, 2014), the company has increased the private placement from 10 million units, to up to approximately 14 million units, for increased aggregate gross proceeds to the company of up to $3.5-million, the purchase price of 25 cents per unit remains unchanged.

Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of 50 cents (from 60 cents) for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the private placement, with no acceleration clause. All other terms of the private placement remain unchanged. Cash finders' fees within TSX Venture Exchange policy guidelines may be paid in connection with the private placement.

The company intends to use the net proceeds of the private placement for the advancement of the company's Moss mine gold-silver earn-in property located in Mohave county, northwest Arizona, United States of America, primarily the completion of a feasibility study and for general corporate purposes. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period. The private placement and payment of any finder's fee are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
