Tom Simms won 7 of 8 vs MRKR & DNR biz.yahoo.com What is strange is that in press release just prior to this, DNR & Mrkr announced they were satisfied with the ruling. Anyway... these reports were release over a week ago so perhaps they were not the impetus behind friday's fall. Cheers. George
