Too many politicians I am afraid, and they are spreading incorrect policies like a disease. A humane cull is the only solution. I dont favour gassing, specially trained operatives with high powered rifles working with instant online democratic votes that selects a live bullet or a blank when the trigger is pulled would be a modern approach to the problem I think -g-
