It seems to me that money supply is increasing at a rate that signals some sort of preemptive strike by the fed. Ensuring liquidity of banks to prevent a crisis? Monetizing debt that is coming back from overseas? These kinds of increases have not been seen since the 70's. I know that it jumps around but jumps like this week are getting very common lately. I would appreciate any thoughts that you may have on this matter.
