Strange and too common phenomenon. Passionately held opinions utterly unsupported by actual knowledge. Do you have any idea why Americans developed a level of prosperity previously unknown? Why we had an incredible boon after Reagan peeled back just a bit of the accumulated sludge? The consequence of repealing Britain's Corn Laws? Why the Dutch were once so far in advance of most all of Europe? Why Estonia and Latvia have been doing so much better lately? Why So Korea and Kenya, freed of outside influence about concurrently, have had such different outcomes? What the consequences are in much of the Orient thanks to the example set by John Cowperwaite? To different degrees these were not the result of truly pure and perfect application of liberal thought. A little bit of freedom can go a long ways.
