Bad logic. Starts with "feel threatened" then slips to what a "A reasonable person would believe." A reasonable person is bound by the rational view of the situation which does not include "feeling threatened" enough by an open carry to initiate deadly force. He was joking... duh. I bet you feel threatened anytime you have to talk to a conservative. It's not enough.
