Yes, Stewart was telling a joke to show how dumb we have become.

I work in a conservative industry. Everyone in my office is conservative, and so are most of my friends and clients.

If you cannot understand something as simple as why African Americans vote over 90% dem every time, how could you possibly understand a liberal.

I have not locked my front door or car door, except once or twice in 30 years. Few things threaten me.

I am more worried about the poor, downtrodden and people who are having a hard time and my children and grandchildren.
