Darrell I know what you're saying, but the question you have to ask is: if the trades of the mms were tracked trade by trade (by either NASDAQ or the SEC) would the stock still be where it is now? Some of us don't think so. If we're right, that's manipulation. Of course, the fact that the float is so small allows this manipulation to be done with fewer shares. But, it's still manipulation. As for design wins: I don't think more announcements are going to move the stock. I don't think most people understand what the implications of a design win are. They just know that it's nothing that will mean anything to the company short-term.
