Don't be such a tea bagger ass.....those coal plants have been scheduled for closing for at least 10-15 years and we've argued about it in the past.....they don't have to shut them down if they spend the money to upgrade but it's cheaper to build new ones which won't happen now that natural gas is so plentiful.....but Boone Pickens is building 1000's of windmills so we might not even need the gas.....
