Dear DD: Cheer up, I think the whole Y2K sector is about to do a turn around. AICPA and SEC are going to require disclosure on annual statements regarding Y2K compliance etc. I suspect large and medium size public companies will now rush out to get a remediator under contract ASAP if for no other reason than be able to say they have it under control. JDN
