Ted, I already told you about rising real estate prices and rising rents in the San Francisco Bay Area and how they are contributing to the growing gap between rich and poor.

Obama is presiding over a new economic bubble where stocks and equities are seeing valuations that haven't been seen since the dot-com era of the late 90's. High-tech start-ups here are being acquired for billions of dollars, which is crazy. Even the sale of Sterling Don's team is causing the value of all pro sports franchises to rise substantially.

Can you distinguish between local and national? There may be a bubble in SF. There usually is. But nationally there is not one. So your claim that Obama is residing over an economic bubble is a false one based upon your anecdotal observations in SF. Don't feel bad. Rs make these assumptions all the time.........that's why they get in trouble down the road.

Yet none of this is "trickling down" to the common man. Obama would like to redistribute this wealth, but he has no idea how, much less work with those who do. All he's doing now is bypassing Congress, but even that is blowing up in his face.

Obama is trying desperately change that but your R pols fight him every step of the way. He knows exactly how bad the problem is but your pols are shilling for the rich and corps, and refuse to cooperate.

You can blame the R's all you want, but in the end, your blame game will be utterly useless. You gotta make things happen, not come up with excuses why you can't.

What's useless is your decidedly lacking understanding of the facts.

As for Obama, he isn't making anything happen. For heaven's sake, people now think George W. Bush is more competent than Obama. Even if you don't believe the poll results, you have to believe that Obama is falling FAR short of excellence.

Obama can make very little happen when Rs control the House and refuse to cooperate.
