Yes there will some ongoing costs; however, large portions of those costs are fixed costs that would be incurred anyway.

This is done through a life insurnece policy -- my son's was $500,000 I believe during his deployment times. It diesn't amount to a huge number though.

Yeah, but they're manageable.

Even if you take the worst case scenario, it will be less by a mile than the Obama stimulus legislation and the Affordable Care Act cost overruns, going forward.
