I believe IMGN is greatly underpriced, but it may take substantially higher Kadcyla sales or another major partnership to see new 52 week highs. Both these things are possible this year, but I certainly can't say when.
As for me, I'll be tested again tomorrow to determine if I'm in molecular remission, that takes 10 days or so for results. If I am, I'll be scheduled for stem cell transplantation which has some immediate risks, but offers the greatest chance of the long term reward of living a normal life. Rejection of any sort and infection is the greatest immediate risk, and I'll be closely tracked. Hopefully I'll have no problem with rejection, but judging by others I've met, I have to be concerned about even a slight temperature or what seems like a minor cold or allergy until my immune system has been solidly reestablished, that can take a year or more.
For now, the drugs they have me on to achieve molecular remission don't have the most pleasant of side effects, especially when you consider normal stomach acid levels are required for the key one to work. I've been on Omeprazole, or similar medications, for decades. Now I can't take them and heartburn and diarrhea can be moderated, but not completely controlled. It's a small penalty to pay if stem cell transplantation adds many years to my life, and the quality of life is good.
