BAC, MWV and TGT?
It is MWE not MWV, and I bought these three because I think that they are currently undervalued. All my positions are in a tax sheltered account so I buy stocks that I think are 20% or more undervalued, preferably with a big dividend, not the case for BAC, but I think it should rebound much higher (50%) when Holder and Co finally exhaust the statue of limitations on fines for their past problems. So it might take two years but BAC will eventually trade at $25 <IMHO>.
