I too have been concerned about the huge debt load. That is part of the reason that I do not currently have a position in the stock. However, the prospect of a buyout leads me to want to add a small position to my "portfolio." I will probably take a position again once I make up for a terrible second half of 97 that I've been experiencing. Anyway... Good Luck Ahmed
