Short suit is a bad idea - especially, when combined with sneakers, like on those silly pictures. Looks laughable. That said, the "Bermuda" outfit - a pair of shorts, a nice blazer, and good shoes - looks fine (at least, when you see it in the street in Bermuda). With my current lifestyle, I prefer "double duty" shorts (that double as a bathing suit), an SPF50 fishing shirt, and a pair of old sandals. Oh, and also a hat and sun glasses. No suit can ever beat that.
