Well, full moon on June 13 + active solar regions turning toward Earth. I'm new to observing this, but I suspect these 2 factors aid the organization & development of tropical systems. Conditions are ripe on Caribbean. I'd love a tropical depression to drop 5-6'' on Florida, however the flow is from the S/SE from Yucatan tip toward New Orleans direction. We shall see.
