Not only WORTH thousands of dollars annually, but COSTING us thousands of dollars annually, so much in fact, that WE [Arkansans] are not able to pay for it.

These issues present themselves in Texarkana all the time. Those in Arkansas get stuck with income taxes, those in Texas don't. Sales tax rates are different; property taxes are different. Labor law is different, criminal law is different. Everything is different depending on which side of State Line Avenue you're on.

Nothing new here.
