It's possible, but not a given that someone big is still holding. I know of several people who never got any word from their brokers that there was even a tender offer, and they wouldn't have known at all if I hadn't told them. At the same time, I got 3 (count 'em --3!!!) telegrams from my broker urgently requesting that I accept the offer (but no phone calls at least...). Yes, the big question is whether Focal Point is still in. I find it hard to believe that Altimira or Sagit didn't tender. They seemed to be hip deep in this from the get go.
