Sankar, I owned a computer retail business for about 10 years. Whenever a customer couldn't pay, he always said 'Don't worry, I will pay you extra interest' and that was the signal to send the account to Dun & Bradstreet for collection. But of I course, I wasn't the IMF. No problem with loans to Canada though ... We will pledge Quebec as collateral ... That way, if we can't pay, you guys get the problem. <<< ggg >>> John
